The location was marvellous and efficient in a great area, adjacent to restaurants and Shibuya. The room was spacious with comfy beds and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Our experience was wonderful from the moment we checked in, would stay here again.

Wonderful 3 star hotel with pleasant staff and free breakfast. Reasonably spacious room and good bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and towels. Particularly nice views over inner courtyard. Great location extremely close to the monorail, lovely restaurants in the local area. Also, easy access to Archi-Depot Museum.

Clean hotel in a nice building next to the next JR train stations, the harbour, and monorail and rinkai. Well-equipped room with comfy beds, particularly good and efficient location. Affable and courteous staff with knowledge of the place.

We loved how conveniently located this hotel was. It's very close to the Haneda monorail, as well as the Tennozu Isle monorail station and another train station with easy access to Haneda airport. The hotel facilities were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also rich and was a great way to start our day.

Breakfast included. Now that alone is worth the price for a budget room (USD120 for 3 adults). The facilities are clean and new with free wi-fi. Front staffs are helpful and polite. And Haneda airport is just 8 mins away by monorail.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Tokyo. They helped me with a local delivery once. It's perfect for me - free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, free shuttle service, laundry, flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for business trips.

We found out affordable prices in the hotel. The stay here was wonderful for three nights. The staff was polite and pleasant, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with plenty of food.

The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to Haneda airport and Shinagawa train station. Several restaurants and shops are also nearby. The rooms are comfortable with ample space and great amenities such as a humidity control system and bathrobes provided. The breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of options including salad, meatballs, and croissants.

The shuttle bus schedule may not be convenient for all guests.

Centralized and easily accessible especially from Haneda and easily accessible to a main JR Station (Shinagawa). And the every 15 minutes free shuttle bus to Shinagawa JR Station and their daily breakfast are one of their best aminities.
